Process : Direct press ; sweet wine ; aging in tank.
Aroma and flavour : Salmon colour. Red fruits and drop. Well balanced between sugar and acidity.
Food pairing: Cold meat, grilled merguez, mixed grill, hamburger party, pizza, quiches, salad bar, black forest cake, fruit salad,...
Service temperature: 8 to 10°.
Aging : To be drunk in the first 2 years.
